Week 1 at Oberthur
DAY 1: Oberthur Technologies and Smart Card overview presentation
Now i know what ’smart cards’ are. It was a day long lecture by Ma’am Florecel Mendoza. It was very informative and fun. Actually lagi nga rin kami tumatawa eh.. tsaka may kwentuhan sessions pag maaga natatapos ung lecture. O diba? And ngayon din kami (or should i say, ako ) naintroduce sa mag employees ng Oberthur.
DAY 2: Java Cards and GlobalPlatform Presentation
Second presentation still by Ma’am liezel, whole day pa rin. Ayun.. So about java cards naman to and the GlobalPlatform Standards. Highlight of the day-We got to meet Sir Nani at masakit na panga at masakit na tyan ang inabot namin sa kakatawa. Galing nya magjoke! haha!
DAY 3: studying GSM11.11
We just studied this 133 page specification for the entire day. Di pa tapos.. pero we’ll continue tomorrow..
DAY 4: cont. of GSM11.11 and EMV(Europay, MasterCard, Visa)
Finally! We’re done reading the slides and specifications. New tasks for the afternoon.. Excel work. Mejo late na nabigay around 4 or 4:30 pm.. I guess we’ll continue tomorrow
