where is part ONE?? ask the other group. hahahah well heres a picture of our group. AIR-2 group! 
using FLEX and AIR and of course JAVA, we are tasked to create the HELP DESK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM! formerly named (by us) HEx! (i think i mentioned this in my previous post) now it is… HSS! HelpDesk Support System!
The first name is much cooler (much + _er??) but unfortunately our system was no longer an “extension” but a separate system and just interface some of the modules of the other systems. anyways, tomorrow we’ll present the GUI (prototype), LDM (i guess together with the revised ERD) and the FSPECS (good thing im not doing this ;p) well, for those who do not know what the FSPECS is, well, its a documentation of the proposed system. this contains several information such as the function list, entities, screenshots, much simillar to our SRS (remember CS165?) but of more detail. Doing this is as if doing the program itself minus the syntax and coding.
anyways. hope everything goes well… 8AM at the office?? hmm.. let’s see.. advance sorry guyz! ;p
