If for the past days I was gloomy, today I really had a great time!!! <*super big smile*>
We had a Company Lunch-Out at Hooters in Mall of Asia! The transportation was provided by our Team Leads. This lunch-out was supposed to be from 11.30-2.00pm but we came back at the office at 3.00pm. <hehe>
It was not just a simple lunch-out. We also had a MOA field trip which is not really part of the plan. <haha> Nah, it just so happen that we can’t find the place. <haha> But this is good because it’s Alli’s (OJTmate) first time at MOA! So, we were saying that this tour is really for him.
The fun all started the moment we set foot on Sir Gerry’s (Team Lead) car with Sir Jason D (Mentor). They like to call us ‘kids’. They said if we get lost at MOA, they’ll just page us saying, “paging two girls and one boy wearing…” <haha>
Then, at the car park, when we arrived, while Sir Gerry and Sir Jason (Team Lead) was parking, Alli noticed that they were synchronized! Then Sir Gerry said jokingly, “Well, that’s our opening for this lunch-out. It’s our simple presentation to you guys…” <haha>
There are so many funny moments especially during lunch itself when we arrived at Hooters that it’s so hard to enumerate anymore. I wish I could have recorded everything. <hahaha. Just kidding.> Well, great people, great food, great time!!!
But, wait. The day’s not over yet! When we arrived at the office, some of us went back to work while the others played at the Conference Room! They also invited us to play, but I already started coding and I don’t want to stop. But, I really wanted to play. But I also wanted to code. <haha. Self-control!>
And then, that afternoon, I finally resolved the other bugs that I encountered. But, there are again new errors. And I quote Dan, “When will this end?” <hehe>
