We finally had our presentation last Wednesday with our mentor Ms. Daniw. Actually this presentation was due last Friday which was moved to Tuesday, but since we were not done merging the classes, Ma’am Daniw allowed us to have our presentation on 1 pm a day after that. Yehey!
The presentation went fine. We were all glad to see that changes done one schema were replicated on the other two using our programs. Ma’am Daniw advised us to use log4j to log all our comments and test prints instead of using System.out.println(). She also advised us to consider redesigning our config files to make it more user friendly. She also required us to make a bat file for our project after its completion. Finally, she said to continue testing (which we’re planning to do) our program and catch some bugs left. ;p
I really feel relieved now that our first presentation is over. I’m hoping that we could finish this project on time.
